- All transactions are processed in AED and USD unless specified otherwise.
- By providing payment details, the customer confirms authorization for the transaction and guarantees the accuracy of provided information.
- Any discrepancies or unauthorized charges should be reported within 3 days for investigation.
- For international transactions, currency conversion rates may apply as per the prevailing rates at the time of the transaction.
- Prices listed are inclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties related to their purchases.
- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect payment information. However, customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
- Individuals under the age of 18 years are not permitted to make purchases or use payment services without parental/guardian consent.
- Don Rite Design and Consultancy LLC operates in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from payments or transactions shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates
- Full payment in advance is required by Don Rite Design and Consultancy LLC for all services rendered.
- The equipment provided is to be used solely for the specified purpose and at the designated location.
- The client is responsible for safeguarding the equipment from loss or damage. Any damages found upon dismantling will be promptly reported to the client. An invoice detailing repair/replacement costs will be issued separately.
- At the conclusion of the lease period, all items are to be returned to Don Rite. Failure to return goods on the agreed date and time will result in additional charges to cover daily rental costs.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
In the event of a cancellation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued.
